EXTENSION & RE-VAMP
We redesigned an old 1970's dwelling, giving it a modern contemporary look and feel. The project included a rear extension along with some internal alterations.
The existing house had a large rear extension with adjoining orangery and extensive internal alterations a full interior make over.
A modern large rear extension to an character 1960's detached dwelling in Blackbrook Road, Fareham.
Our Client requested a modern contempory look feel rear extension, to allow 'inside-out' living. We undertook some internal alterations as part of this project.
New build 5 bedroom dwelling, with adjoining annex. We undertook all aspects of this project, from initial outline Planning, through Full Planning permission, and Building Regulations, working closely with the Developer.
NEW 4 BED HOUSE
New 4 Bedroom modern single storey house, set on a secluded private site. Full Planning permission and Building Regulations services were undertaken, working closely with the private Client.
NEW 2 BED HOUSE
We worked closely with Eastleigh B.C. on this project, having began as a piece of land between to 2 terraced houses.
Following a number of Planning applications, we successfully achieved permission for this cute little detached property.
New build development of 4 2 bedroom flats in the heart of Swanmore.
Planning and Building Control drawings were undertaken to assist the developer during construction.
NEW 4 BED HOUSE
New 5 bedroom single dwelling. We undertook all aspects of this project from Planning permission, Building Regulations approval and on site project management.
HOOK PARK, WARSASH
Taking a moderate sized tired 1970's house extending to the rear & side, and taking the living accommodation into the roof. Complete with Gym, Cinema and large children's play room. Circa 7,500sqft
This bespke design of circa 6,000sqft house for a private Client sits on private land within the Durley countryside. Built in 2008.
4 New 2 Bedroom Maisonettes built within the town centre of Billericay. Working closely with English Heritage as the building was linked to a grade I listed building.
REAR EXTENSION WHITELEY
Single storey rear extension with internal alterations and Bi-Fold doors to create open plan living with a Kitchen and Family room.
Single storey rear extension, internal alterations and new front porch.
The internal alterations also included a small TV/Snug Lounge and open plan Kitchen.
Alterations and change of use from a previous Golf Club House into a new Wedding Venue and accommodation.
New commercial offices designed and built for a private developer. We undertook and designed this project submitted the Planning permission and monitored through construction.
A complete external and internal modernization of this 3 storey townhouse.
Various planning applications, over a period of 2 months, took this moderate 1970's house and extended it inot a large 6 bedroom dwelling.
